overall, it was a delightful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room maintained a high level of cleanliness. I particularly enjoyed the well-appointed toilet with a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The swimming pool was a nice addition, providing a refreshing break. Moreover, friendly staffs who made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. However, while the breakfast was satisfactory, it was relatively standard. Additionally, the location, while decent, required the use of tuk-tuks and Grab for convenient transportation.

Especially girls at the reception were extremely helpful in organizing our extra requirements for other travel arrangements even not related to the stay in the hotel. Thinking always 1 step ahead of us, pointing out risks we should consider, contacting local vendors. Furthermore, the girl we have dealt with was speaking a PERFECT ENGLISH - very unusual in THAILAND - big compliment. And the last thing - we really enjoyed the POOL.

Just the color for some part of the cabinet have started faded out and also got crazy, curtain have some mold. Hopefully they can touch up and maintain it well because I would like to come back to this hotel in my next visiting to Hatyai.

From the location perspective, the town centre requires some mode of transport, you couldn't walk to areas of interest. It is too far to walk to the town centre or markets.
